You have a variety of graphic tools, filters and small apps including:
clone tool, paint brushes, text tool and much more.
This app supports most TWAIN scanners, most of the graphic file formats and has a thumbnail browser

I’ve been using this (30 MB only) 7.04 version on XP for 5 years,
and it really does everything I need for my graphic needs.
It’s best for the ordinary user with more than average graphic need
for correcting photos, drawing and so forth.
